DESIGN
Next, we connect you with professional designers in Pittsburgh to work out the specifics and create 3D renderings, floor plans, etc.
STEP 03
FINALIZING THE DESIGN
After the presentation and tweaking of the designs, you finalize the design so we can move forward. At this point, we present your budget and timeline as well.
STEP 04
PLANNING AND PERMITS
After final design approval, we start planning for your project. This includes enlisting the help of our contractors and applying for necessary building permits. Then, the work begins.

His attention to detail and problem solving on this job were superb. By the end of the project, it became a running joke that when Issac said â Let me think about it , it was as good as done. Water damage from an old stove vent? Like it never was. Rebuilt ceiling? Not a problem. A base cabinet that's 43¼ wide? Sure thing. Custom floor-to-ceiling pullout cabinets for our spice addiction? Of course! We literally provided a picture of the bookshelf we designed for the breakfast nook and the dimensions of the TV we were hanging and said "Can you build this?" He delivered the perfect product that blew us away. Tatia may step in and dissuade you from making a huge design blunder. She certainly did for us and we will be forever grateful. Long story short, we would hire them again. No, we will hire them again. They did a phenomenal job and I would not change a thing about my experience working with them
